1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return a Sitsmart revolving chair within 7 days of purchase if it meets the following conditions:
The chair must be in its original packaging and in unused condition.
Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Chairs that have been assembled or used are not eligible for return, unless they are defective.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [customer service email: info@sitsmart.in to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Securely pack the chair in its original packaging along with all accessories and documentation.
Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
4. Inspection and Refunds
Once we receive the returned chair, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets return eligibility criteria.
Refunds will be issued within 14 business days after approval of the return.
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase.
We dispatch your order within 24hrs on a working day. After Dispatch, as per your location , you can expect to get your order within 2 to 5 days if you are nearer to some city, else 4- 8 days for locations far away from cities. The estimated delivery date is usually visible on the courier tracking page too
