1. Eligibility for Returns

  

• You may return a Sitsmart revolving chair within 7 days of purchase if it meets the following conditions:
• The chair must be in its original packaging and in unused condition.
• Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required.

  

2. Non-Returnable Items

•    Chairs that have been assembled or used are not eligible          for return, unless they are defective.

 

3. Return Process

•   To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [customer service email: info@sitsmart.in to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
•   Securely pack the chair in its original packaging along with all accessories and documentation.
•  Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
•  Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

 

4. Inspection and Refunds

•    Once we receive the returned chair, our team will inspect it      to ensure it meets return eligibility criteria.
•     Refunds will be issued within 14 business days after                     approval of the return.
•     Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment              used for the purchase.

We dispatch your order within 24hrs on a working day. After Dispatch, as per your location , you can expect to get your order within 2 to 5 days if you are nearer to some city, else 4- 8 days for locations far away from cities. The estimated delivery date is usually visible on the courier tracking page too

This product comes with 3 years of warranty.
