**Return Policy for Sitsmart Revolving Chairs**
Thank you for choosing a Sitsmart revolving chair. We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. Please review our return policy below:
**1. Eligibility for Returns**
- You may return a Sitsmart revolving chair within 7 days of purchase if it meets the following conditions:
- The chair must be in its original packaging and in unused condition.
- Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required.
**2. Non-Returnable Items**
- Chairs that have been assembled or used are not eligible for return, unless they are defective.
**3. Return Process**
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [customer service email: sitsmartchairs@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Securely pack the chair in its original packaging along with all accessories and documentation.
- Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
**4. Inspection and Refunds**
- Once we receive the returned chair, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets return eligibility criteria.
- Refunds will be issued within 14 business days after approval of the return.
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase.
